      We have our AGM scheduled for Thursday next week, today being Tuesday. I have checked my mail and we have not had any agenda sent. Tomorrow is a public holiday.

      How late can we receive the agenda and if it is late can we still hold a valid meeting? I am on the EC and we have decided to change Strata Managers as they have been consistently late with minutes.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
