      A split airconditioner request to be installed on common property or the roof by an owner.
      What is the process, whereby the matter can be determined (within a very old small strata block)?
      Some issues would have to be noise level of the compressor, the cut in and out sequences and the acoustic resonance levels throughout the building. Are there any acceptable specifications?
