      Hi All,

      I love this website, I am learning day by day what it means to live in Strata, sooo appreciate all who post and reply, especially the legal eagles who give us their words of wisdom FOC, but.. I am recently reading “lawyer speak’ in a lot of replies and my eyes completely glaze over as I try to understand the words making patterns on this page.

      Please dear learned people would you dumb it down for the likes of me?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
