      Hi

I am anticipating there may be some issues with a by-law that I am submitting for the renovation of a bathroom. It will be required to be passed as a special resolution as it involves water-proofing work.

It may be that I have to amend the scope of work at the meeting at which it is considered to have it passed. Is it possible to do this or is it an all or nothing approach to these types of motions?

      Thanks in advance.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
