      Dear All,

Just had our Annual Fire Inspection – we were served a Notice, we all had to be home on a certain date or a re-inspection would take place at our own cost. No problem – standard procedure. On the day, only 100 of the 150 lot owners complied. The Inspection Report was subsequently issued and when I asked the date for inspections of the non-accessible lots, I was informed that there was no need, majority were inspected, so all was good! They couldn’t tell me what % they considered “majority.” It would appear the same lots are non-compliant and missing inspections each year. Can anyone tell me if this is normal procedure? Maybe I’m being a bit reactionary!

      Many thanks.
