Great forum – just came across it when searching for answers to my aunt's problem.  Hope you can steer me in the right direction…….

My aunt doesn't own a car but for various reasons listed below, she either needs access to her garage or needs the space in front to be free.

    1. As she lives on the 2nd floor, she stores her walking frame in the garage & needs access to it when going to the shops

    2. As there is often no visitor parking available, her visitors eg doctor, cleaner, shopper, park in front of her garage.

Unfortunately, an owner resident in the building who owns a 4-wheel drive, regularly parks in front of her garage because they find it too difficult to park in their garage!

My aunt has told them several times not to park there,  they apologise profusely, only to do it over & over again!  On one occasion they actually said to her that as she didn't have a car, their parking htere wasn't going to be a problem for her! The gall of these people!Surprised

They also suggested that when she needed to access her garage, she should contact them & they'd move their car! Unbelievable! Surprised

What can I do to help her ? What avenue does she have ?

    Thanks, all !
