Are these strata manager fees fair?

      Is it acceptable that a strata management company, looking after 15 strata units and charging fees of $12,000 for management also get paid a 20% commission on the strata Insurance amounting to a further $2000 approx? (In WA)

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
