ARREARS LIST AT AGM MEETING

      We recently held our annual AGM.

      Unfortunately on entering the meeting, I was advised by the Strata Manager that I could not vote as I was not financial.

      I accepted this directive however, I noted there were 3 other people unfinancial on that list.  They WERE allowed to vote.

      What are your thoughts on this?  What is the legal position?

      Can I take steps to now have those votes anulled as those 3 votes meant a new Executive Committee was voted in

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
