Asking for the return of credit

      I had an owner who is constantly in significant credit with his levy payments say he was going to ask for the money back.

      At present the owner is about $1600 in front with his levy payments ($1600 in credit). He says he is going to ask the OC for $1000 when it gets down to being $1000 in cedit.

       

      Is the OC obliged to give the guy a cheque for $1000 if he asks for the credit amount to be returned to him?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
