Authority to seek legal advice/commence legal action

      Can an EC seek legal advice and/or commence legal action on its own authority or does it require the approval of a general meeting?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
