Balcony glass failing

      We have had two incidents in the first year of spontaneous balcony glass breakage (42 units, Victoria). I’m sure this is not rare, but before someone gets hurt what should the Committee do to demonstrate that it has taken all the actions available to it to avoid that situation?  The builder installs the glass he is told to, (the installation must be checked) and the glass is presumably not illegal, just maybe not quite up to it.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
