OMG!!!! that must have been so stressful at the time. While I feel sorry for call centre operators much of the time because I think they have a really shitty job having to deal with angry people all day over the phone, it is also frustrating from a callers end having to speak with different people from one organisation who don’t have carriage of your issue, and have to go through numerous annoying ‘security’ questions.

I also missed out on settlement of my apartment because the bank ‘misplaced/lost’ my father’s title he was using for a bridging loan. Although they did also pay on the penalty fees, it wasn’t much help to me when I had arranged removalists, utilities etc.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
