Bathroom pipes and common property

      Hello fellow flat chatters,

      It was my understanding that moving taps in a bathroom/kitchen was not allowed as the pipes are part of common property. Is this allowed to happen with a special by-law? Or it is simple EC approval?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
