      If a tile has cracked on the shower recess floor is it the Owners Corporation’s responsibility to repair or does the owner of the villa have to pay for the repairs.  Had conflicting information from DFT and Dept Lands.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
