      Hi Flat Chatters

I’m trying to get the EC in our buildng to approve bathroom renovations in my unit.  There are no changes to common property but there will of course be retiling and replacement of new fittings for old.

The EC has said I must call and pay all charges associated with an Extraordnary General Meeting, and I will have to have the retiling of walls, floor and shower tray ‘registered on title’.

I’m simply doing what the EC Chairman has done, without any of the above listed requirements.

      Is this normal procedure?

      Thanks
