I am trying to upload al the various points (70 of them) to the website in a way that will make them both accessible and easy to comment on. But it’s taking up a lot of time so it won’t happen overnight (but it will happen, as the shampoo ad used to say). About half of them are there for your perusal so far so there’s plenty to keep us all out of mischief. – JimmyT

It is a very small bear so, apparently, permission is not rewuired.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
