Body Corp manager afraid to spend

      I am in a self managed block of 8 2 bed units. Our bank balance is very healthy however our 83 year old manager is very tight with the purse strings. Our timber side boundary fence is being propped up by a stake, and has had wire woven through palings to hold them in place. I had a fencer come to give a quote who advised that it is a safety hazard. What rights do I have as an owner to see that  1. my property is safe 2. my property is kept in good shape?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
