Body Corporate Chairman is Director of Caretaker

      I have an investment property in multi-level apartment, I recently found out that my Body Corporate Chairman is one of the Director of Building Caretaker, can anyone advise is this breach of Code of Conduct in Qld?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
