Bubble wrap on windows

      A tenant in our apartment building has put bubble/plastic wrap up on their windows. It has been there several months and looks very ugly. Can strata order for this to be removed?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
