      Sadly in Australia Body Corporate or strata living has a bad reputation with public discourse and media coverage focussing on nightmare cases and disfunctional body corporations. Reading through posts on this site appears to also focus on disputes, conflicts and problems. Lets use this forum to also discuss great examples of well functioning vertical communities which are great places to live, where people are engaged and pro active in encouraging harmonious relationships.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
