I am a new BC committee member and am looking for a building maintenance software solution.  Ideally it would be cloud based.

      The base functionality would be:

      1) Maintenance scheduling – including preventative maintenance

      2) Document management including scanned instruction manuals.

      3) CRM – list of contractors and past work and cost done

      4) Contract tracking – a place to store past and existing contracts.

      5) Notification of upcoming jobs with costs for budgeting.

I envision that this would track over time our lifts, fire equipment, heaters, a/c, pumps etc etc.  We have nothing in place at present and I believe that it is a big liability for our building.

Thanks in advance for your help.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
