      Hi Jimmy

      I live in a high rise residential building in Sydney.

      If a common property pipe bursts causing damage to a unit can the OC be found negligent?

      How can the OC check all the pipes that are within walls/concrete etc?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
