When an owner makes a change that affects common property (eg, installing aircon, adding an external awning), do we need to create a new by-law for each change? It is possible to create an overarching by-law to cover all approved changes for all lots? (NSW).

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
