      Hi,

I understand an AGM should happen between 11 and 13 months from the anniversary of the first AGM. I can’t find any information on exactly how this meeting is called.  Who can call an AGM, and who decides exactly when within the 2 months period it happens.  I am concerned about having only one weeks notice.

It’s clear that one quarter of the owners (through their entitlements) can request an EGM, but it’s not clear regarding an AGM.

      Thanks

      JC

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
