Can committee stop us installing lock boxes for keys?

      Our strata block has a number of solo older residents who wish to place individual digital key safes on a sheltered wall near the entrance to the unit block, but our request has been rejected by the body corporate on the grounds it is a safety risk. 

      As some of us have health problems I consider it a safety risk to not have access for help if required.
      What action can we take?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
