      Can I sue a negligent Owners Committee?
      That took 5 weeks before they agreed to obtain a quote to have the floor of my shower recess removed to repair faulty membrane 
      Can I sue for loss of rent during that period?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
