In my block one owner owns 8 of the 12 units. He has unpaid levies dating back to December last year. Does that block him from voting at an AGM or can he vote as the owner of one of the units that is not overdue?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
