I have a question about Strata Managers, can they refuse to get an extra quote from another insurance broker in addition to their preferred Insurance Broker ?

If the answer is no they can’t, could you point me in the right direction to obtain the Strata Law that covers this subject.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
