Can tenant let car space for storage?

      Can rental tenants in units sub-let their car port spaces as storage? I’m talking about and old car with a bit of cover over it, no engine  and on blocks? Looks shocking!!!

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
