We have an AGM coming up soon and naturally it has been agreed to have electronic voting. I have queried and been told that there is no means of proposing an amendment to a motion nor is there a means of speaking / commenting on  objections to a motion.

      Is this advice correct ?

Can you advise what is possible in regards to the matters I have raised . I am sure these questions will become common in coming months given the virus problem.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
