The two stratas have agreed on a quote to replace dividing fence, but our Strata Manager will not pay the deposit until the fencing company provides invoice to our Strata Plan.  The fencer will not provide a separate invoice to our strata plan – only the one next door who obtained the quote.
Are we able to instruct our Strata Manager to pay the deposit required without receiving an invoice addressed to our strata.
Things are becoming a little testy and would like to have this resolved as soon as possible

How about you get the adjoining strata scheme to issue an invoice for your scheme’s share of the fence works?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
