Our management agreement expires next year but the AGM set for late June had a motion to sign a new agreement.
Can we sign a new agreement without having terminated the current agreement?
There is nothing in the AGM about terminating the existing agreement and the OC appears to not have met any of the termination conditions in the current agreement.

You can sign an agreement now to take effect when the other one ends but I’d be concerned that your committee hasn’t addressed the termination of the current agreement which, at the very least,  will require a period of notice to be given and approval at a general meeting.
