      I am Treasurer of a Strata Plan and wonder if you can answer my query. Is it legal or ethical for a member of our committee(Chairman) to register his Company as one of our creditors,do work and be paid for doing so.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
