    Hi

Just a quick one. I am the secretary and convened a SC meeting. The chair has suddenly given their apology due to personal matters.

Can the meeting still go ahead?

I think I read somewhere that the Chair can delegate someones else to chair but I can’t find it.  I’d like to send that reference to them so they can nominate someone else to chair so the meeting can still go ahead.

    Many thanks
