Changing the by laws after mediation is sought

      Hello, 

      My strata has the general pet policy a) written approval is required b) owners corporation cannot unreasonably refuse approval; I have applied for mediation after a long drawn out attempt to allow my pet in the building. At this stage can the owners corporation change the by-law to a no pet policy, and if they are able to do so will this have an effect on my argument?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
