changing unit entitlements

      the unit entitements in our complex are way out of wack. one unit which is somewhat more valuable than others has UE 2.5 times other units , hence pays levies 2.5 times other owners.  All the units were origonally sold at avery similar time so the comparative values are able to be established when the strata plan was registered. i note in Flat chat comments that the Hurdles to get unit entitments changed are quite high.  Has any one had first had expierence with changing unit entitlements? or can advise what are the hurdles to get the tribunal to approve change to UE

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
