Does anyone have any suggestions for choosing a Pre-settlement defects inspector for a new off the plan apartment in the city of sydney?

No one has moved into the building yet, construction finished recently and the builders are cleaning the site up

I was considering either of these companies . Both have good Google reviews.

Either way, have a strategy for common property – I would think about including it in your inspection.

Common property is a matter for the owners corp.

Once we meet the other buyers we’ll definitely be lobbying for a thorough defects inspection of common property to be funded by owners corp

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
