Community Land Act and conferring rights over property

      The new Community Land management Act 2021 allows in Division 3 owners to confer certain property rights to others via a Special Resolution.  Just curious if any issues have come up about this since the Act started.  Anyone had any experience with this?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
