Committee election

      when do the office bearers of the Owners Corporation  go out of office. The NSW SSMA in section 35, clause (1) (d) states that it is at “ the end of the last meeting where a new committee is elected” but our Strata Manager has advised it is at the beginning of the AGM so our chairman cannot chair the AGM. 

      Could someone please clarify

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
