      Repairs to common property that fall within exclusive use of a lot. External garden tap needs repair/replacement. Is the OC responsible as part of the general maintenance of the building ?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
