If waterproofing is done on common property, ie pipes and walls of individual units, who needs to approve the work, Owners Corporation or the strata commtitee?

Only the Owners Corporation can. The SC cannot approve major works proposed by lot owners under the new legislation.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
