Our plan comprises a number of three level townhouses and
the levels are divided in the wet areas by reinforced concrete load bearing
lintels upon which has been placed fibrous cement sheeting.  On the sheeting has been laid ceramic tiles.

The lintels are taken to be common property as they are contiguous
with the slab however is the fibre cement sheeting, being above the level of
the lintel and slab, common property?
