      Can the common seal be affixed in the Managing Agent’s office with no one present or does it have to be affixed in front of the nominee when he signs the agreement

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
