Common water account

      We have just received our latest water account for the block. It is almost double our last account. We cannot identify a reason for the sudden increase. Are there any restrictions on cleaning cars in our car park? Car parking is all allocated on Common Property . It is not on title.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
