Hello, Is a compulsory SM required to complete tasks that were voted by special resolution by the owners at an EGM just before he was appointed. Also, is he required to continue to achieve the works that the SC approved. Thanks 🙂

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
