I am wondering if you know of reputable strata companies that undertake court appointed compulsory strata management.

Good question. Some of the best strata managers are reluctant to take on this role because they start off with the previously dominant group in a scheme hating them and often goes downhill from there.

Often that’s because they are duty bound to follow the letter of strata law and that means the end of grace and favour arrangements, mutual back-scratching and the turning of blind eyes.

Without consulting them, I would recommend our sponsors Strata Choice.  They were chosen to be our sponsors because I would recommend them, not the other way round.

And, in this instance, I’m prepared to lift our ban on promoting companies provided we can get a bona fide independent recommendation from a reader for a compulsory strata manager who has worked out well.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
