      Our strata complex is within the area for development. We have been approached by several developers and agents making early talk of offers nearly half again of the current price of our individual townhouses (17).
      We have had meetings with developers but I am wondering if there is a service that could balance their views.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
