Corporate Home Unit fee for 2011 – 2012

      In our block of 21 lots there is an annual charge of over $10,000 for Corporate Home Unit. Can someone confirm what this charge covers.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
