Dealing with a unprofessional Strata Manager

      Can anybody advise on the best way to deal with a Strata Manager who is not acting professionally?

      The block is managed by [Named Strata Manager*] and they do not respond to emails, are rude on the phone and do not comply with their obligations under the Strata Mgt Act.

      Any help would be appreciated!

      *While we are happy to share advice on this, this posting named the strata management company concerned.     PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
