Define visitor as in Parking

      Hi JT and All,

      Have just been scrolling through recent posts as I am sure this was discussed

      previously but I am unable to find. I think I posted Confused

      So…when is a visitor not a visitor but a temporary resident?

      Does the SSMA define? Is it 2 days? A week? Considering the Plan has not changed any bylaws? In NSW.

      Would love to know when to send a notice.

      We often have visitors that stay over a week using limited VP spaces.

      Can be a problem and of course there are the non resident partners that stay a few or more days a week.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
